The second level entry walks straight into your living room with a place for your shoes and hooks for coats. The ground floor can be accessed directly from the garage and offers 2-bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and flat-screen tv. The master en suite bathroom has a sink area and a separate wc with a toilet and tub/shower combo. The vanity has storage and a blow dryer. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and is just across the hall from the 2nd full bathroom. The 2nd bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity with storage, and blow dryer. The 2nd floor is your living space with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat-screen tv, and a hip mtn. décor that makes this place special. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying family or friends. the dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make memorable meals with bar seating for people to talk to the chef. You will have a heated 1-car garage for medium to small vehicles and a space to park directly outside the garage for a second or larger vehicle. There is a common gated hot tub for guests at this complex. max occupancy 4 max cars 2 - there will not be parking for campers, trailers, or oversized vehicles. Guest has exclusive access to the condo, a heated garage, cable/Internet, fireplace, washer & dryer, blow dryers, and linens provided. Guests provide their own meals. Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils, outside balcony, outdoor grill, wheelchair inaccessible Unit on 2 floors with stairs only. There is an outdoor shared hot tub. We will be available via email during office business hours 9-5 pm MST. After hours via phone for emergencies only. A perfect "home away from home" in all 4 seasons. This unit is considered Ski-In with Four O’clock Ski Run just across the street and is within walking distance to the gondola or Snow Flake lift. There is a free Summit Stage bus stop right in front of the Complex. You can find routes and schedules online. Parking: You have access to the one-car heated garage. A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guests with more than two cars MUST take their extra cars to either of two Town of Breck overnight parking lots. Cars can not be left after check-out or check-in. Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. In this email we mention two future emails you will be sent, 3 days before your arrival date. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for these emails. One email is called Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. The second email will be a Parking Pass. You are responsible for printing out your own parking pass (the email) to bring with, and put on the dash of your vehicle. Please plan ahead. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. If you do not have a printer you can go to your local UPS, Fed-Ex or copy store, send them your email, and have them print it out for you. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival. You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved. Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest. All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book.
