Cozy Eco Private Studio 10 min to Downtown & Beach

This is a delightful, renovated eco-friendly little studio attached to the right side of the main house. We clean everything with natural products. It is bright and spacious and it has a private entrance, and a parking space. There is a small kitchenette with cooking basics, a separate full bathroom, and a king size bed. It is nested in very convenient location, close to everything. It is located a few miles from downtown Sarasota as well as 5-6 miles from Siesta Key and Turtle Beach. The space This studio is a secondary unit ATTACHED to the main house but has its own private entrance and no spaces are shared except the parking area. The unit is connected by the door that is securely locked at all times. There might be children playing on the main paver area, so they might be visible to other guests. There will be for some noise from the adjoining unit because friendly family with young kids lives in the main house. The kid’s noice and voices should be expected during the day. Enjoy our open plan studio with smart TV (No regular cable), king size bed, full bathroom, and small kitchen. There is a small dining table that can be moved around and used as a desk. The studio is about 320 sqft. it has a private entrance. It is fenced out from the main house. We allow 2 people max, however we can make sleeping arrangement for a baby or a small child. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella is provided. The studio is conveniently located close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and variety of stores. The place has mini split AC unit. Siesta Key and Turtle beach is about 10 minutes driving (just 5 miles away). Lido Key Beach is 7.6 miles away. Downtown area is about 10 minutes away. Guest access ONE parking space is located on the right side of the house by the fence. The private entry is located on the right side of the house. It has a red brick pathway toward the back of the house. You will walk by the owner’s small lanai that is not shared. The studio has fence in private outdoor sitting area. There is NO WASHER AND DRYER access but there is a laundry facility nearby. **This is a studio attached to the main house so there will be noise heard from the adjoining living space however the entire space is private. There is a family with kids living there. ‼️if you want 💯 % privacy, peace, and quite, this place is NOT for you. **Please respect the family and the kids that live in the main house. **There is filtered water in the filter pitcher. **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up; it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. 🚭 ANY SORTS of smoking IS NOT ALLOWED. $200 will be fined for any evidence or smell of smoking inside or outside the property. (No vaps, no weed, and no any other sorts of drugs allowed) NO PETS We have a strict no party policy. We will fine up to $250 for any parties that happen on this property. Other things to note NOTE I hope you do not see any insects during your stay, however there are gost/sugar ants and Palmetto bugs, a type of cockroach native to tropical climates like Florida, are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are very hard to get rid of. To keep them out of our property we treat them on regular basis. This drastically reduces the chance of you seeing the insects. However, I want you to be aware in case you see something. Please do not take this as a sign that the place is dirty or infested. It is minor and unavoidable tradeoff for living in a tropical climate. I kindly ask that all condo rules be followed and that you respect our space. Large gatherings & other disturbances will not be tolerated by the neighbors. Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted on or within the property - strictly no parties, unregistered guests, gatherings or events. Please ask permission for any visitors. We have a strict no party policy. There will be penalty for more than allowed guests in the unit. PARTIES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
