This is one of Mandal's most beautiful view plots. The house has a large living room with a fireplace for the colder days and for idyllic summer nights. A place of peace in the soul! The space This is my childhood home which is in good condition, but is a regular good Norwegian home. Well-equipped kitchen, large living room and outdoor areas. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Late in 2024, the hallway and bedroom downstairs were heavily renovated with, among other things, heating cables and new flooring! 4 rooms with a total of 8 beds. Space and equipment for 4 more mattresses. One room with twin bed. Two rooms with double beds and one room with two bunk beds. Customer can avoid NOK 1,500 in cleaning fee if sheets and pillowcases are brought, as well as good Norwegian cleaning and washing is done. The place has 12 duvets and pillows available. In addition, 2 short duvets for small children. Guest access Virtually the entire house is at your disposal. 2 storage rooms, a garage and an attic are not available. Other things to note A cleaning fee of NOK 1,500 will be charged if you have not cleaned and washed after yourself. NB: minimum 5 days rental!
