We have carefully set up this unique beach front home for quests who are looking for a quiet, retreat-style experience. Whether you want to watch the multiple species of birds that live and nest on our surrounding property, take a few days to re-centre and practice mindfulness and meditation, or just have a relaxing beach getaway with your loved ones... the Coastal Casa is your hidden gem. 4 beds within 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow for a family or group of 6-8 people to comfortably settle in to this peaceful oasis. *Absolutely NO parties or loud noise please. This is a retreat-style home in a quiet, retirement community * Guest access Guests will have a large yard to enjoy with beautiful established indigenous trees and garden beds. 2 large patios line the upstairs main bedroom and downstairs living area. Beach access at the foot of the back yard, from the front of the house is access to a bird sanctuary and estuary. Full laundry room and 2 car garage with water toys for guest use. Other things to note The front of the house faces a gorgeous estuary with changing landscapes dependent on the tides. The back faces your own private yard area and rock and sand beach shore where you can enjoy the calming effects of the Pacific Ocean. Guests will also be able to enjoy ocean views from every room of the house with the many windows installed, yet still have privacy as the house is set far enough back from any public shared spaces.
