2 Bedroom Beach House In Staniel Cay

Located in Staniel Cay which is one of the most popular islands in the Exumas for it's beauty and its local hospitality. There are 3 markets, some restaurants, a church, laundromat, liquor store, airport, it is near the swimming pigs and a prime spot for lots of boating and exploring. Your rental includes the use of a paddle board and a kayak. There is a mooring out front suitable for a small shallow draft boat. The space "Sandy Pylos" is a new house built in 2021. It is located on a private beach in South Staniel and faces the Exuma sound and sunsets. The house has a very open design (spacious kitchen - living quarters that fully open to a 12' x 40' screened in deck). This combines with the kitchen living quarters to take full advantage of our western views. There are two air conditioned bedrooms with queen sized beds and an adjoining full bath. The living room has 5 ceiling fans, a large dining table and comfortable sofa/bunks. There is a unique child's bunk built into the wall. There is a conversation area on the deck and an outdoor shower downstairs. Guest access Guest has access to the entire house and it is private.
