Our home is bright and airy with lots of natural light and open space in the common areas. A grassy park with a playground, skatepark and walking path is located right across the street in what we have found to be a very quiet and safe neighborhood. You’ll also find most shops and restaurants you could want to be within 10 minutes of this area. It’s also worth enjoying a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and the spectacular Colorado sunsets and night sky from the park hill across the street! The space Our home is a two-story, single family home with a basement. Your exclusive areas include the bedrooms and bathrooms listed. The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and backyard are shared spaces with your party, me and my wife typically being the only occupants at any given time. We do have a good friend staying in our basement who can assist you with any needs. His name is Josh and he keeps to himself most of the time. We work most days and will do our best to stay out of your hair during your stay! If you are lacking any amenities during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
