In addition to the shared bathroom (toilet, shower, bathtub), the kitchen can of course also be shared. The apartment has a total of 104 square meters, spread over three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and balcony. It's located in the front house. The entire house and apartment were completely renovated in 2003/2004. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Guest access You have access to your room (with balcony), the shared bathroom (with shower, bathtub), and the kitchen. In the kitchen you can use all items (Saeco coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), as long as this is done carefully and responsibly. During your stay I live in the apartment myself and am happy to answer any questions if I am not away myself. I'd love to have friendly, open guests. Other things to note NO cleaning fee. I provide bed linens and towels free of charge. Since the apartment key is part of a locking system, I take a deposit of 50 euros here. If you are traveling by car, please let me know in time. The parking situation can be described as very difficult. In my neighborhood, resident parking is available. Free parking is (currently) available in about 20 minutes on foot.
