THE BLVCK HOUSE is a unique & magical space set on the mountainside in the quiet conservation village of Scarborough, an hour's drive from Cape Town. The villa features a main house & separate guest cottage. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to Scarborough's tranquil beach, and a 2-minute walk takes you to local hiking trails with breathtaking views. The property is thoughtfully designed so that each room is private, yet the space has many communal areas to connect. GARDEN: - Salt water pool with 4 loungers - Hot tub (wood is available to purchase) - Outdoor fire pit with grill for barbecuing - Gas Barbecue - Pergola with hammock and cushions - Outdoor shower - Cactus Garden Guest access Whole property Other things to note *The house is NOT SUITED FOR SMALL CHILDREN or those with restricted mobility, as it has many levels and stairs as well as a cactus garden. *The house had a large backup battery, so there is no load shedding. *We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 8 pm, as we are a conservation area with very sensitive neighbours who have been known to call the police. *We regret that no animals are allowed. *There is only parking for 4 compact cars or 3 large cars.
