Our two balconies have been specially designed for your breakfast, your coffee or even just to relax in the hammock or in our swing. Our two balconies have been specially designed for your breakfast, your coffee or even just to relax in the hammock or in our swing. The building was built at the end of 2022, with the latest energy specifications classifying it in category A. The apartment is 45 square meters, airy with 2 verandas on both sides of the building. It has autonomous natural gas heating and 2 AC units, one in the living room (12,000 BTU) and one in the bedroom (9,000 BTU). The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you will need for daily cooking, oven and ceramic hobs, microwave oven, cutlery, glasses, pots etc. It also has a specially configured work space with stable Internet and a screen for connecting to a laptop, ideal for digital nomads who want a functional place to live and work in the center of Athens. In the living room there is a Smart TV with Netflix connection, a comfortable double sofa that opens to become a double bed and a powerful 12,000 BTU AC unit. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with an anatomical mattress, a large wardrobe with internal drawers and a 9,000 BTU AC unit. Particularly important for the area is the private parking space, which is located right in front of the main entrance of the apartment building. Finally, our 2 balconies each have a small table with a two-seater sofa and a hammock (back) or 2 chairs and a swing (front). Additional amenities: - Washing machine & dryer (2 in 1) - Vacuum cleaner - Ironing board & iron Our guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. The neighborhood is very central, quiet and welcoming. At a very close distance you will find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Also, a large number of restaurants offer delivery, so you will find several brochures waiting for you in the apartment. The metro and tram stop are just a 2-minute walk away. Metro and tram stops are just a few minutes away on foot -Your arrival will be done with the physical presence of the host (in most cases) or with the self check-in method. -We don't provide olive oil. -I would also like to emphasize that it is very important for security issues to be sure that before you leave you have locked with the keys the apartment. There are two different locker sizes (medium and large) with the cost being 5 and 6 euros accordingly. The cost is per day and for more information feel free to reach out to us :) Lastly, check-ins are available between 14:00 and 23:00.
