A smart TV with internet connection (No Cable Connection) This Studio Apartment is a part of our home but has a separate entrance and ground floor is used by us to park our cars.. First floor will be for your use.. If you still have any other queries feel free 🙏 Guest access Guest will get access to this entire floor(700sqft) with a private locked entrance 🙂 Guest can use the Private Kitchen to cook vegetarian food which is solely for his use 🙂 As This is a Self Serviced Stay.. You Should Wash The Kitchenware Before You Go 🙏 Other things to note Please understand the difference between a homestay and a hotel 🙏 We don't have any staff for services.. Our's Homestay is self serviced by guests 🙏 Note: Cooking or Bringing Non-Veg/Drinking/Smoking/Extra Guests Not allowed 🙏 If you are fine with this.. I Will be pre approving your stay. Local Unmarried Couples are not allowed, only sober/single/business persons and families are allowed 🙏 We believe in saving electricity & prevent misuse, so will request you to please use it wisely & turn off the lights/appliances when not in use. Price for cylinder/electricity/cleaning will be extra (For offline weekly/monthly bookings) please discuss before confirmation 🙏 Guest can use the kitchen to cook vegetarian food only 🙂 Please Wash the Utensils if you use them 🙏 Please Keep the Dustbin Downstairs when It is Full 🙏 Car parking is not available in daytime(Car will have to be parked 90mtrs Away at a safe location that we will guide you) Free/Safe Street Parking Available at Night Time in front of our house 🙏 Parking Inside the house available for bike/scooter. On Tuesdays due to a famous Hanuman temple in neighbourhood you may have to adjust due to huge crowd in the lane (No Vehicle is allowed to enter the lane before 11pm).. At this nominal price, we are offering this stay with so many amenities, please don't expect a Posh Colony.. It is a normal Locality with normal people who are always ready to help you and talk to you..
