You'll have about a twenty to twenty-minute drive to see our 2020 & 2023 Super Bowl Champion Chiefs, Royals, Downtown, Kauffman, T-Mobile Centers, & our famous country club plaza & all its fountains. You should check out Zona-Rosa (Northlands response to the Plaza). This is your relaxing suite space with your comfortable space within a quiet suburban neighborhood which is separated from main home by a security door. Your amenities include a bedroom for sleeping in a relaxing queen size bed or studying in your cozy computer corner desk. You will feel lavished in the living room with an enjoyable, soothing and restful couch which opens to a full-size sleeper. You will also have a desk/table with a computer hookup and charging station for those late-night snacks or internet surfing to catch up on accounts. Enjoy a large bathroom for those busy mornings with two sinks, hot pulsating rain dual shower head with handheld sprayer combo, luxurious towels, shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and homemade soaps. You have been provided a box fan and an oil-filled radiant electric space heater for each room. We have central heat and air-conditioning; however, we know that everyone does not always "like" the same temperature. We generally keep the thermostat about 68-74 degrees, depending on the season. All backyard outdoor spaces, patio area and your rented area. You have access to two parking spots on the west (left-if facing the house) side of the driveway. There is space for two car parking on the westside (Left side as you are looking at house) of the driveway and any other cars have street parking. Getting around the neighborhood is quite easy. You are only a few blocks away from Interstate 435, Highway 169 and Route 291. There is a general store about one mile west and a Casey’s convenience store just south of that. Fast food is a few miles south of us which can help you satisfy that Big-Mac attack or soothe that coffee hungering for Starbucks. You will find a white notebook, on top of the MICROWAVE, that is filled with information and pictures about Kansas City to help you with ideas of what to do and where to go. In this notebook you will also find the information you will need to know about checking out, on how to use the Keurig machine, solar flamed blue tooth speakers, TV and outdoor standalone umbrellas and where to locate the outside games, etc. On a cool crisp morning or warm sunny day, you can be seen relaxing on a beautiful patio day or night and tranquility only a step away. If you want more, play bottle bash Frisbee and other yard games. Each morning you can drink some aromatic, hot, eye-wakening Keurig coffee or hot chocolate with several different blends to choose from or enjoy the cold bottled water throughout the day along with those FREE snacks in the basket. Warm up that famous Joe's Kansas City, Smokehouse, Fiorella’s Jack Stack, Gates, Q39 and Arthur Bryant’s KC BBQ in the microwave or just lay back using the wireless internet or watching TV on a 70-inch screen.
