Take a break and unwind at this cozy 2 bedroom updated upper apartment in town close to all of Batavias amenities. This 2 bedroom has two twin beds in one bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The R and R Home Away From Home is an upper apartment with a shared entrance on the left hand side of the home. This apartment is an older home but recently renovated to give it a fresh updated feel. With older homes, you tend to notice noise in other parts of this cozy palace. I have provided a sound machine to ensure a restful nights sleep. The home is also a part of a business which is unoccupied and located on the East end of Batavia. Access to this apartment is located on the left hand side of the home. It is a shared entrance. Here you will see access to the basement which has a shared laundry area. The main landing has 3 doors, the upper apartment door is labeled Home Away From Home. I own a few businesses in town and am very social and knowledgable in the area, feel free to reach out if you need anything or want to know anything about the area! Even though this apartment is on the corner of the east side of town it is in walking distance of a small diner. The best part of this location is you are right next to Dewitt park. It is about 200 meters from the entrance. It has a bike path and a pond, park, benches and a beautiful view. I can share a private entrance just let me know if you’re interested in learning more! Anything other than this can be discussed and I will help find another designated parking area for free less than 200 M away. This apartment is located on the east side of town and has a shared driveway with the neighbors. It has an unoccupied storefront and the property itself is not a modern feel, YET! The interior is modern and updated. We are updating the exterior slowly but surely, hopefully as you book you can experience some of our updated amenities.
