Children's game, trampoline, mini golf and frog Guest access The list of people who will be attending (name and ID number) must be sent, the person in charge of the group must send a photo of the ID and DDJJ must comply with the condominium's coexistence regulations, at least 24 hours before. The house is inside the Moravia2 Condominium with direct access to Bujama beach. The Condominium is PRIVATE AND FAMILY with 24-7 security and surveillance. Guests enter with keys, which will be left with the condominium security. Guests must be a family group and comply with the Moravia2 Private Family Condominium's rules of coexistence (party and noise hours, rules for the use of common areas), which will be sent to them in a timely manner once the reservation is confirmed. The condominium reserves the right to refuse entry to pets considered dangerous breeds. According to Ministerial Resolution No. 1776-2002-SA/DM of the Ministry of Health, the list of potentially dangerous dog breeds includes Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilero, Japanese Tosa, Bul Mastiff, Doberman and Rottweiler. RULES FOR COEXISTENCE MORAVIA CONDOMINIUM 2 GENERAL RULES a) Visitors must present an identification document to the security personnel to verify that they are on the list sent by the owner, which must not exceed the capacity of the house, and must not park their vehicles outside the assigned parking lots. The speed limit inside the parking lot is 15 km/h. b) Do not use cargo carts to move people. c) Social gatherings may not extend beyond 12 midnight on weekdays and 2:00 am on weekends, without exceeding the authorized decibel limits. The infraction will be penalized with a fine equivalent to S/. 650.00 classified as a serious offense. d) Do not consume alcoholic beverages or food in the common areas, club house, courts, playground or pool, or enter with clothes, only allowed with a bathing suit. e) Owners and/or guests must keep their belongings within the covered area of their property, and must keep any outdoor furniture or similar clean and in good condition, as well as the terrace area. Such areas may not be used for laundry or drying clothes or the like. f) Do not allow campers, tents, or any other type of temporary housing to be placed on the grounds or gardens without authorization. g) It is not allowed to park vehicles in garages that belong to other owners. We also only have a garage area for visitors, which is outside the condominium facilities. h) In relation to pets, the use of the leash is mandatory inside the condominium (common areas). The hours for taking pets out are from 8 pm to 8 am. Also, as a health rule, it is essential to take care of pet waste. i) It is strictly forbidden to enter another pool and/or enter another property other than the one rented by the guest. j) The use of sports courts/recreational games/armchairs/umbrellas will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and no one may reserve or book the use of these. Towels, chairs, or similar items may not be placed for this purpose. USE OF THE POOL In the pool area, the following rules must be respected: a) Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area. b) The pool hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. On Thursdays the pool will be closed until the next day, due to pool maintenance. d) Use of showers prior to entering the pool, in order to remove sand, dirt and debris that could contaminate the water and damage the pool filters. e) Entry and stay in the pool should be only with a bathing suit. Street clothes (polo shirts, shorts, shoes, etc.) are not allowed. f) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. g) No dangerous games or activities are allowed, such as running, jumping, pushing, sinking that may pose a personal physical risk to third parties and/or facilities. Climbing the pool waterfall is also not allowed. h) It is not allowed to use boards or other devices that endanger the integrity of bathers. i) Bathers are not allowed to enter the pool with signs of having ingested alcoholic beverages. THE USE OF THE CLUB HOUSE In the clubhouse area, the following rules must be respected: a) The clubhouse hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. b) No entry with wet clothes. c) Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.   d) The use of the pool table is EXCLUSIVELY for adults. In addition, if someone damages the table, the cost of the repair will be borne by the owner responsible GARBAGE COLLECTION Garbage collection in the summer season will be carried out by the condominium staff from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM and from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Garbage must be delivered properly bagged (black bags). LUGGAGE CARS The condominium has six luggage carts, located in two areas of the parking lot, for the use of all owners and their visitors, so after being used, they must be returned by the same owner or their visitors to the parking lot. PETS IN THE CONDOMINIUM Walking pets without a chain and/or leash is prohibited. Walking hours in common areas are from 8pm to 8am. Pets considered dangerous breeds or large in size are not allowed in the condominium and will be removed from the condominium.
