The space This spacious two level villa offers complete privacy, surrounded by greenery and panoramic mountain views in a peaceful setting away from crowds and traffic. Here, you wake up to fresh air, open landscapes and the calming sounds of nature. Villa Il Gattopardo carries its own story. Originally built as a family home for a local farming family, the villa has been carefully preserved and thoughtfully adapted over time. Throughout the interior, modern comfort and safety blend with a clear respect for the building’s history and character. Original elements and architectural details have been retained where possible, allowing the villa to preserve its authentic atmosphere while being updated to meet modern expectations for comfort, safety and structural reliability. Inside, the villa combines character and comfort with multiple fireplaces and several inviting sitting areas, creating warm spaces to gather together or retreat in privacy. Whether you are traveling with family, friends or colleagues, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The large open kitchen is designed for shared cooking, long dinners and memorable evenings around the table. New this year, blackout screens have been installed throughout selected areas of the villa, offering improved comfort and privacy while also allowing guests to sleep with fresh air from open windows during the night. Perched on a hillside overlooking the valley, the villa enjoys beautiful views and a unique sense of openness. The expansive gardens offer both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day, making it easy to find the perfect spot for breakfast, outdoor dining, reading a book or simply unwinding. Guests can enjoy the private tennis court, gather around an evening fire or spend time together under clear star filled skies. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its private grounds, including the private tennis court and several outdoor areas. Free on site parking is available within the property, with ample space for multiple vehicles. The villa and surrounding grounds are entirely reserved for your group, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Located approximately 150 meters away on the same private 80,000 m² estate, Villa Il Pavone Reale is also available and accommodates up to 20 guests with its own private swimming pool. Although both villas are situated on the same expansive estate, each property has its own setting, space and privacy. For larger gatherings, both villas can be rented together, creating a unique setup for groups of up to 42 guests while still allowing everyone to enjoy comfort, tranquility and room to unwind.
