Enjoy breathtaking sea views and the tranquility of a secluded location, while still being within easy reach of Alnmouth village. Each hut offers a cozy retreat with a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, and a small kitchen equipped with a 2-ring gas hob. A log burner adds warmth and ambiance, perfect for those cooler evenings. Each hut also has an ensuite toilet and small washroom, a separate shower hut with hot water is available on site. The camping huts are well equipped with many home comforts so ideally you will only need to bring your clothes and food. Good walking shoes are essential as the site is accessed on foot. You can cook a simple meal using a small two ring gas hob and wood burner hot plate. All cutlery, plates, pots and pans are provided. There is a coolbox outside each hut. A small welcome pack will be there for you on arrival. You’ll also find a couple of board games, binoculars, and a small selection of books. Shoreside is a beautiful campsite set back from the beach. The small site contains four huts and a small shower block. The ideal location for family or friends to share, or for a relaxing retreat. The site has stunning views in both directions along the coast and out to sea and Coquet Island. Your Coastal Adventure Awaits: Our huts provide the perfect base for exploring the Northumberland coastline. Enjoy invigorating walks along the beach, discover charming coastal villages, or simply relax and soak in the stunning scenery. Alnmouth village, with its traditional pubs, restaurants, and our own art gallery, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away along the scenic St Oswald’s Way coastal path. Getting Here & What to Expect: Alnmouth is easily accessible by train, with direct connections from Newcastle, Edinburgh, and London King's Cross. Important Information: While our location offers peace and seclusion and stunning seaviews, it's important to note that the huts are a 20 min walk along the coastal path from the village. To ensure a comfortable arrival, we happily transport your luggage to the site via jeep anytime between 3-5pm and also collect on departure. Where we hand over keys and can take your bags up to the site for you in our jeep (service available 3pm -5pm) You reach the huts by walking the St Oswald’s Way coastal path that runs alongside Alnmouth golf course, a short walk from Alnmouth village. As the huts are situated on the coastal path by the beach the site cannot be accessed by car.
