This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity. The space You enter the cozy living room with a loft, which gives the whole a spacious feeling. In the living room, there is a dining table overlooking the garden and a sitting area with a lovely sofa to plop down on. Through the living room, you enter the kitchen. This is entirely furnished in a country style and equipped with every comfort. For the kitchen princes and princesses who want to cook themselves during the holidays, there is a luxury hob with wok burner and a small oven. And because few people like to do the dishes, there is a dishwasher. From the kitchen, you can reach the spacious bathroom, which is also decorated in a country style. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub where you can also shower (low entry). Through the miller's staircase in the living room, you can reach the loft and the open bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200). After all, you can only really relax with a good night's sleep. At the gîte, there is a spacious garden that is completely fenced, so your faithful four-legged friend can romp around. The garden is oriented to the west, so at the end of the day you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. The large walnut tree at the foot of the garden keeps your head cool even on hot days. Other things to note There is no central heating. To heat the space, there is a wood-burning stove and an electric radiator. During the heating season, the wood is included in the price. There is a charging point (3.2-3.6kW p/h) available for electric cars. The costs (according to consumption) must be paid on site before departure. Dogs are welcome, but only one per stay and only on the ground floor. (Motor) bikes can be stored indoors in a shared space that can be locked.
