This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity. The space You enter the cozy living room with a loft, which gives the whole thing a spacious feeling. In the living room, there is a dining table overlooking the garden, a sitting area with a lovely sofa to plop down on, and a stove to make a cozy fire on colder days. Through the living room you enter the kitchen. This is completely furnished in rural style and has all the comforts. For the kitchen prince(ess)and those who want to cook for themselves during vacation, there is a luxurious hob with wok burner and a small oven. And because few people like to wash dishes, there is a dishwasher. From the kitchen you will reach the spacious bathroom, which is also furnished in rural style. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub where you can also shower (low entry). Through the miller staircase in the living room you can reach the loft and the open bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200). After all, you can really relax with a good night's sleep. At the gîte is a spacious garden that is completely fenced, so that your four-legged friend can romp. The garden is west oriented, so at the end of the day you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. The large walnut tree at the foot of the garden ensures that you keep your head cool even on hot days. Other things to note There is no central heating. To heat the space there is a wood-burning stove and an electric radiator. In the heating season, the wood is included in the price. There is a charging point (3,2-3,6kW p/h) available for electric cars. The costs (according to consumption) must be paid before departure. Dogs are welcome, however, only one per stay and exclusively on the lower level. Bicycles can be stored covered.
