New Resenis by the Sea

New Resenis is a stylish property nestled right behind the Tesselated Pavement which can be accessed via a private track. The original style of the 1980s has been maintained with original Tessa and Parker furniture. The block is large and private with surrounding gardens, bush and generous ocean views. It is a place to relax and unwind and as such we do not have a TV or WiFi. The garden has abundant wildlife and whales have been spotted from the deck. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The space The property has 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with 2 singles. The living room, dining area and kitchen are large. There is one bathroom with a shower/bath. The house has underfloor heating and a woodfire stove. As mentioned, there is no TV or WiFi but there is excellent mobile phone reception. Guest access The whole house is yours to use as well as the block, driveway and access track to the Tesselated Pavement and beach. You are welcome to take some herbs from the garden. We have a locked garage for storage of personal items. Other things to note We purposely don’t have a TV or Wi-Fi. Our shack is not suitable for parties. Registration Details DA88/2022
