A revamped 1960's villa by creative couple. We have endeavoured to create a comfortable and enjoyable space to be in while keeping simple and easy to maintain. Enjoy the multiple zones and follow the sunlight, from coffee out the front in the morning to a refreshing beverage up on the top deck for sunsets. Indulgent beds for up to two couples and amenities for entertaining up total 6 people. A favourite is the nice 1.5km walk to a secret beach through 50% parkland. The space Our coastal getaway has two bedrooms, one features a king bed and full built in wardrobes, and one light and serene room with a double bed and hanging space. Spacious yet cosy open living and dining area with a tall breakfast bar separating the kitchen. Full length curtains softening the space, creating privacy and lovely acoustics. A beautiful six seater stone dining table, perfect for enjoying your evening meal or those nights in playing boardgames. The bathroom hosts a rain shower and large roman bath for those wanting a soak and relax. Luscious H/C outdoor rain shower upon gate entry of back courtyard. Full private outdoor area with ping pong table, relaxing daybed and spacious top deck with festoon lighting. Ideal for lounging, reading your favourite book, a bit of yoga or enjoying your morning cuppa... Laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are board games and books to enjoy in the TV cabinet in the main room. Wifi included. *Anyone with high sensitivities/allergies to dogs this may not be suitable, as there is a dog that occasionally visits. Bus stop (84) close by, direct to the beach or Perth city. And is a hop skip away to Scarborough Beach amphitheatre, Scarborough pool, skatepark, basketball courts and climbing walls. And a short few minutes drive to the Sunset Coastal Tourist Drive.
