There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!!! Our house is in the Serra do Cipó region, in a gated, safe and quiet community (24-hour guard), ideal for hiking. We are located 90 km from BH and 10 km from the center of Serra do Cipó. It is 1,600 m², with great care and attention to detail. The entire lot is fenced. Swimming pool, gardens, sand court, wood-burning stove, barbecue, orchard and chicken coop. Great internet (fiber optic): Wi-Fi and network cable. Pets are welcome. The space Our house has a gourmet balcony, perfect for that poolside barbecue! The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, horizontal freezer, blender, cups... Everything you need for a perfect season or weekend!!!! In the main house, we have three bedrooms (1st - en-suite with queen-size bed; 2nd - standard double bed; 3rd - two single beds). In an adjoining building, we have two cottages of about 30 m2 each, plus a charming en-suite. Children's fun is guaranteed with the trampoline, swimming pool and sand court!!! The pool table and barbecue grill will guarantee fun for the adults!!! We also have, near the orchard, a rustic kitchen with a wood-burning stove. We provide standard hotel bed linens and towels, including pool towels. For those who enjoy a hike/run, the condominium where our house is located is the perfect place! Guest access It is necessary to inform, in advance, the full name, document and address of all guests, and the reception of people other than those staying and previously registered at the front desk is not allowed. Our house comfortably accommodates 12 guests. However, the price initially provided is for up to 8 guests. Above this limit, we charge an additional fee per guest, per day, automatically calculated by the app when the number of guests is informed. Other things to note Our viralatone, Briti, is the guardian of the house (rsrs). She is very dócil (gets along well with other dogs) and loves children... Our condominium is governed by a residents' association and guests ARE REQUIRED TO OBSERVE THE RULES DESCRIBED IN THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS, IN PARTICULAR: 1 - Under no circumstances will we receive more than 12 adult guests; 2 - Guests will not be allowed to use the condominium's common areas (court and event space); 3 - Our house is located in a residential condominium. For a good coexistence, we ask for moderation in the volume of the sound throughout the stay and especially after 10:00 p.m.; 4 - Observe the maximum speed allowed in the condominium for motor vehicle traffic, which is 30 km/h; 5 - The following are expressly prohibited: the use of the condominium's common areas, such as the gourmet space, court and playground; the circulation of pets without a collar and unaccompanied by their owner; the use of drones in the condominium's internal area.
