You'll find the two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and stairs take you to the second floor where the living accommodation is readily on hand. The peaceful and cosy sitting room is a delightful place to take in glorious views of the sea. The kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped for all your holiday needs and you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy stunning sunsets after pouring yourself a glass of something special. Not only is 10a East Cliff perfectly positioned for the beach, the High Street shops and traditional Adnams pubs and restaurants are all within easy reach. There is a foldaway single bed (3ft) stored in the cupboard, ideal for an extra guest (bedding not provided) Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, feature fireplace, door to Balcony: Bistro table and chairs with views towards the Lighthouse and across the rooftops. Need to know All bed linen and towels are provided. If a fifth guest is using the fold out bed, please bring beddings and towels. The property has gas central heating. There is no parking with the property however the nearest street parking can found along North Parade or on Victoria Street. Please be aware of the external steps to access the maisonette. There is a small enclosed courtyard which is suitable for bicycle storage.
