Our property sits on 1. 1 acre lot. We have Sun Angel House #2 and Sun Cabin #3 at this address and each house has its separate fenced private yards. If you have more people or want fully privacy, you can book both. Guests can park their cars inside the gated yard. It is more safer than other places. The space Our home is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen includes an electric range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, providing everything you need for cooking. For our early risers, we offer complimentary coffee to start your day. Relax in the living area with a large 65" flat-screen TV, connected to WiFi for streaming your favorite shows. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor seating area, perfect for stargazing and taking in the breathtaking night sky. The fully fenced backyard ensures added privacy and security. Please note: Our host team reserves the right to access the yard for maintenance. We also offer Sun Angel House #2 and Sun Cabin #3 at the same location. If you need more space or prefer complete privacy, you can book both through Airbnb. The BBQ Grill, Firepit, Washer And Dryer Are Free To Use But We Don't Provide Firewood, Charcoal Or Detergent And Guests Need To Clean It After Use It. Wash Your Dishes. To Avoid Toilet Clogged, please do not throw large amounts of toilet paper into the toilet. To Avoid Ants and Pests Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. Please Put All Trash in The Trash Bin Out Of Door. Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: $10 with host pre-approval $50 without pre-approval ***Regular outlet only. We don't provide 30 or 50 amp outlet. Pets Need Pre-approval by Host. No Smoking Inside The House. Due to we need more time to clean up before next guests check in especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Our Check Out Time is 11am.
