Minutes walk to the Harbour & beaches, Lannelly Cottage is a stunning heritage listed property, built in 1888, residence to the historical Masonic Lodge. Where else will you find a stylish beach holiday with music, arts, bars, sports & rec events, family to fine dining experiences plus shopping all on your doorstep? Park your car & forget it. Enjoy the beach, laze on the verandah then step over to the fantastic restaurants , cafes & bars. The space Lannelly Cottage is a freestanding cottage with its a fenced yard. There is a wrap around verandah, perfect to sit with a drink and nibbles and watch the world go by. The grassed area out the front is lovely to also sit on in the sunshine for an evening picnic. Also out the back is a deck with outdoor furniture; table and chairs and small seating area. The laundry with washer and dryer is also out the back. Guest access As this is also our home and weekender, the pantry and its contents are not for use, as well as the food in the fridge and freezer. While we will leave the open robe rails empty for your use with hangers, please do not open or use anything in the bedroom drawers. Other things to note Lannelly Cottage is part of a strata development. While it is a stand alone property with its own fenced yard, the car space is part of the complex parking. The whole complex has the former Masonic Lodge that has been converted to residences next door and behind the carpark at the back of the cottage is an apartment complex. While you will have your own space and enjoyment of the cottage and its lot with lush grassed area and beautiful verandah and deck, please be mindful of our neighbours. No loud music, parties or events are allowed and we ask that you please enjoy this beautiful space, with the respect of using someone's home. One other thing to note, please do use the towels unless all makeup has been removed and please ensure make up is also removed before sleeping on the luxury bedding.
