It has open rooms that you can use. Some spaces that are not shown will be locked because they are not enabled for use. You will have exclusive use of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchen, breakfast room, living room, dining room, garden, home office space, and free parking for one car inside the property. Other things to note 🚫 Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. TO DO. Due to the NEED to maintain the house's garden, it is essential for us to enter the garden to water it on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Before the lady comes in to water it, we'll send you a message or ring the bell. If you need them, it is important to let us know to have them ready for you, otherwise they are stored in the garden shed. The same with the bed for pets and plates, a dog is welcome but you are 100% responsible for cleaning up its feces and that it does NOT pee or poop inside the house, including the GARDEN because the grass is burned with dogs' urine. To walk them there is a park 2 blocks from the house. Any damage done by your pet will incur a fine of $3,000.00 IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. NO parties or events. We recommend being careful with the use of water when bathing, and when using the toilets, check that they have been properly closed and that the water does not leak; throughout CDMX we have supply problems.
