The Spot Studio -Las Vegas (Please No Pets)

Private Studio 10-15 minutes from the Strip. It is a part of the house that we have completely cut-off from our living spaces so it is completely private for you. The area is very quiet and safe. Left side of the driveway is yours to use. The price is for 2 people, additional persons will be $10 a person. No more than 4 people. No guests you meet allowed. The space The Studio is completely private and comes fully equipped with a full size kitchen and full bathroom. We have one queen-size bed and a twin air mattress in the closet. The couch is also a futon. So we basically have three beds for your use. It has been completely remodeled for a modern, sleek look. Guest access all if study, their patio and parking on the streets Other things to note We also have cameras around the outside of the house for your safety. Registration Details Exempt
