This former Grandpa's workshop has been renovated to offer you a charming house, fully equipped, air conditioned, with private courtyard. It is quietly located in a small village, close to the main roads (A35 highway 2 minutes by car). Great for a peaceful stay while being close to the best attractions: - 13 km from Colmar city center - 10 km from Eguisheim - 18 km from Germany The space - COMPOSITION of the accommodation: On the ground floor: - A private courtyard giving access to the accommodation (the courtyard is equipped with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs and electric barbecue) - a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a bar area, - a living room (separate from the kitchen), with connected TV, including a sofa bed (80-160 x 200) + 2 separate sofas, - a toilet and sink, - a storage room/laundry room. Upstairs (access via the kitchen): In a row: - a large bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200) and a connected TV. - a walk-in closet with a sofa bed (80-160 x 200) - a bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet) accessible only through the bedroom and the walk-in closet. - IMPORTANT: In case of booking for 4 people, please note that the bathroom is only accessible from the 1st floor bedroom. However, a toilet and sink are located next to the living room on the ground floor. - PARKING: A private courtyard and parking space are included with the accommodation (consult us in case of large vehicle). In the winter, the car can be parked in the private courtyard. In summer, the car must be parked in the parking space, the private courtyard being furnished (garden furniture, table, etc.) - LINENS and CLEANING: Bed and bath linens as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the reservation. - WiFi: The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (free). - BABY EQUIPMENT: A crib, high chair, bathtub are available upon request.
