Freshly remodeled, this home boasts a ski-in/ski-out location, a well-equipped, full kitchen, plus a shared hot tub and pool right outside the patio door with access to the newly reopened and reconstructed clubhouse. This condo is warm and bright with stylish bamboo flooring, recessed lighting throughout, and comfortable leather furniture that is great to sink into after a long day of play. You’ll enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep on the luxurious queen bed with its new mattress in the spacious bedroom, or on the queen-size Murphy bed in the living area that folds up easily during the day. This condo also features a warming, wood-burning fireplace and a private washer/dryer to make it easy to stay on top of your laundry during your stay. What's nearby: Located in the Snow Creek community, this home is set just steps from the Dollar Mountain chairlifts and the beautiful Dollar Day Lodge. It is also only about three blocks from world-class events at the Sun Valley Pavilion plus the many shops, restaurants, and ice rink at Sun Valley Village. During the winter, ski right outside your door and enjoy pristine downhill runs and a challenging terrain park, or cross-country ski on more than 60 miles of groomed trails. In warm weather, grab your bait and tackle and cast a line along the Big Wood River or world-famous Silver Creek, or explore the many mountain and valley trails. To open the door, enter your assigned access code and push the handle down - the lock will automatically secure once the door opens. The door on the left is the closet; the door on the right is your entry to the unit. A video guide to the entry process is available to help you get in smoothly. Other things to note You have complimentary access to the Snowcreek Condo Complex amenities: a pool (open seasonally June 15 through September 15, weather permitting), a year-round hot tub, a clubhouse with table tennis, coin-operated laundry, and a pool bathroom with changing room. The clubhouse, pool, and hot tub are open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. Access requires a key fob, which is provided in your unit. These facilities are exclusively for Snowcreek occupants. Please note: Snowcreek is situated on the side of a ski slope and has a micro-climate significantly different from the valley floor. Even when conditions in town are dry, you may experience ice and snow-melt freezing here. Appropriate winter footwear and tires are highly recommended.
