Our cozy apartment is located in the old town of Flensburg, a historic captain's and fishing district. The sights of Flensburg are within walking distance, it is 5 minutes to the market square, 8 minutes to the harbor. The space The bright apartment on the first floor of our house is about 50 sqm, with wooden beamed ceiling, wooden and tiled floor. Living room with desk, sofa (extendable), TV and stereo, large shower room with washing machine; Spacious kitchen with built-in kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The quiet bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable box spring bed, size 1.60 x 2.00 m, manufactured in a small Kieler Bettenmanufaktur. When the weather is nice, our lush green city garden with its spacious terrace invites; table, chairs and lounger available. Guest access The apartment on the ground floor is available to our guests, also the garden terrace. We stay in the house, our planning office is also in the building. The apartment has a parking space; for loading and unloading can be stopped briefly right in front of the house.
