True winter relaxation starts right here! The space Surrounded by the forest and its private lake, the Domaine Huberdeau offers you exceptional privacy and many activities for everyone. You will have the Domaine and its land of more than 2,200,000 sq. ft. just for you. At the private lake, the floating platform allows you to sail and relax on the water. You can bask on the water and watch turtles, small fish and frogs. The most motivated can swim there... the lake is shallow and the bottom muddy but the water is very clean. We have tested it and its quality is excellent. A 5-minute drive from the Domaine, the public beach of Lac-à-la-Loutre with parking, allows you to swim in a large lake and fish for gray trout and bass. You can of course observe the grandiose starry sky in the SPA. The Domaine's internet, provided by fiber optics at a speed of 1,000 Mbits/sec and cellular reception, powered by a tower a few kilometers away, will allow you to be connected as well, or even better, than at home. In addition, just for you, the 2 km marked hiking trail allows adventurers to climb the 2 peaks. You may be lucky enough to come across deer, foxes, hares, wild turkeys and other animals during your ascent. Are you ready for a ping-pong, foosball or mini-basketball tournament? If your needs are greater, you can get additional wood at the grocery store in the Village of Huberdeau (5 minutes from the chalet). For the outdoor fireplace, picking wood on the grounds is a very pleasant activity. By collecting dead wood, you will contribute to the health of the forest. The HOT TUB, easily accessible on the large gallery, allows you to admire the starry sky while staying warm despite the winter temperatures. Quite a "feeling".
