Newly renovated studio in a tree-lined neighborhood. Come and go as you please with private entrance. I am available to be as sociable as you would like. In the welcome packet will be a list of all the best local places to eat and hangout. Great walkable neighborhood. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Quick 10min drive to downtown and major art districts in OKC. Located a min drive from the highway for easy access to surrounding amenities. The space You will have full access to the private guest studio. Off street parking for one car is provided. This is an attached studio to a main house. The space use to be a garage but has been fully renovated into a studio apartment. The owner (myself) lives in the main house with my wife and dog. There is a 11am quiet time for the Airbnb and main house. The kitchen offers a large sink, microwave oven and coffee maker. There is no washer/dryer on site but many services close by. Guest access You will have access to a private guest house with a private entrance. Entrance is located close to parking spot in back of house.
