Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days. The space Due to the nature of the building, head height is restricted in certain areas. Upstairs the bedroom and bathroom are in the roof space so please watch your head when going through the doors and walking to the sides. The access downstairs through the bifold door is also lower than usual so please be careful when entering and leaving. Best advice is to go at a slow pace, no need to rush at Little Sconch! Please be aware that there is one bathroom that has a toilet, basin and bath. There is no shower although the bath taps have a shower attachment this is not suitable for using as shower replacement Other things to note We can arrange for therapists to visit you at the property and provide massage and other holistic therapies. Just let us know at the time of booking. Fire Kits: There are 2 areas that fires can be lit. 1, the log burner in the living room will be laid with logs, kindling and firelighters ready for you to light upon arrival. There will be enough kindling for at least 3-4 days plus kiln dried logs stored in the basket next to the fire. 2, the fire pit area has a covered log store, in here there’ll be 10-12 kiln dried logs, some kindling and some firelighters. If during your stay you find you need more logs etc, fire kits can be supplied at £10 per kit which will consist of a dozen kiln dried logs, 2 kindle flamers, 6 firelighters and a small bucket of kindling. Each kit should last at least 3/4 days.
