Nestled amongst the gum trees of ‘old Mount Martha’, our home offers the perfect space for bringing the whole family together, including your furry members. If you are looking to escape the daily rush of life, slow down and create lasting memories of fun times and laughter shared, you have found the perfect place. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and we embrace the furry members of your family too. Several dog friendly beaches are nearby, there is a dog door leading to the yard, and the quarter acre property is secured with an automated gate at the entrance. Two living areas open onto a large decking area featuring a 12 seater outdoor table - perfect for dining and relaxing while children frolic on the lawn, bounce on the trampoline, or relax on the large circular swing shaded under an enchanting leafy tree. One living area offers a wonderful room for getting cosy at the end of the day with a wood heater and extra large projector screen with surround sound. Netflix and Stan are available along with movies on demand. Sonos speakers are in each room. We love cooking so you will find all of the kitchen appliances and utensils needed to create gastronomic delights. A large array of Riedel glassware and serving platters, etc are provided. Our long driveway offers plenty of space for cars to park and provides a great space for kids to ride bikes/scooters or shoot hoops. An outdoor table tennis table is another great activity for all ages to enjoy together. Board games, toys for younger children, a child’s kayak (great for those under 10 years), books and card games are also provided. Nintendo WII and Nintendo Switch also available. Mount Martha is a relaxed beachside town that springs to life in the Summer months offering idyllic days soaking in the sun and sea on the stunning South Beach. With cafes a plenty in the village, an abundance of bush walks nearby and the renown Mount Martha Pillars (famous for cliff jumping) at the end of our street, you don’t have to go far for a variety of activities within walking distance. Should you wish to explore further, the Mornington Peninsula is right at your doorstep waiting to delight you with spectacular cliff top walks, golf courses, hot springs, paddle boarding, chair lift, wineries, tree surfing for the family, and a myriad of seaside towns with their own flavour to explore. Bedding and towels are included as is a welcome hamper.
