Casa Cantamar is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach front villa that offers a classic beach front oasis centrally located between both international airports. 1 hour from SJO and 1.5 hours from LIR. There are 2 half baths and an outdoor shower adjacent to the pool with spa. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the front balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the beach from the private veranda at the rear. Enjoy private sunset walks on the virtually secluded beach. The space If you bring your surf board, you can walk out back and enjoy the waves with the locals. The property is 30 miles from Jaco and the ferry to Tambor is less than a 15 minute drive. During the weeks of Christmas, New Years Eve and Easter, there is a 7 day minimum reservation required. Guest access The guest will be provided with 1 key that unlocks the front and pool doors. A remote control for the electric gate is available, but a refundable deposit of 10,000 colones is required. The deposit will be refunded once the gate opener is returned. Other things to note Casa Cantamar has a hot water heater for the interior bathrooms. Please note that the pool shower and bathrooms do not have hot water. The four primary bedrooms have air conditioning. The fifth bedroom with the bunk bed does not have air conditioning and is cooled by a ceiling fan. Please return all outdoor furniture to its original location.
