Relax and unwind on the beautiful Forgotten Coast. A three bedroom house that includes three beds, a pack-n-play as well as two full baths. Beach access is less than a 10 minute walk and 2 minute drive with parking at the end of the street. Location is walking distance to a nearby grocery market. Upon confirmation of reservation, owner will forward rental agreement via email. The space Master bedroom - Queen bed Guest bedroom 1 - Queen bed Guest bedroom 2 - Full bed **Guests will also have access to a queen air mattress and pack-n-play if needed Other amenities include: fully stocked kitchen including blender, crockpot, coffee maker, basic spices, etc. Outdoor heated shower and grill. Guest access Keyless entry - a code will be provided 3-5 days before arrival. Other things to note **Upon confirmation of reservation, owner will forward rental agreement via email. **Renters should keep in mind that stairs are required to access the entrance to the house. **We provide wifi internet and have streaming options such as Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. Guests can feel free to sign in to their own accounts if they would like. **Owner will provide one beach umbrella and two beach chairs for guests to use. **There is a small grocery market and liquor store less than 0.25 miles from house. **A Dollar General store is roughly 5 minute drive in St. Joe Beach. **There are two security cameras located on the property. One camera watches the front driveway and the other is positioned to watch the golf cart under the carport. **When visiting the area, be aware that it is in two different time zones, Eastern and Central. Sometimes clocks on electronic devices change to reflect the nearest time zone. CENTRAL time zone applies to Mexico Beach while EASTERN time zone applies to St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, etc. **Mexico Beach is a "LEAVE NO TRACE" community meaning all unattended items must be removed from beach no later than one hour after published time of sunset and can be placed back on beach after sunrise the following day. All trash must be removed from beach. All holes created must be filled prior to leaving the beach each day. ANYTHING YOU BRING TO THE BEACH WITH YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE BEACH WITH YOU.
