Adorable garden studio

A stylish super cute one bedroom garden apartment on the hills above the Port. An outdoor sitting area provides some extra space. This apartment has received a new paint job, appliances and is sparkling. A comfy Queen Bed, shower with great water pressure, large tv, on-site parking and small kitchen area with hot-plate, air fryer oven, and all the essentials. Your host Inez is well-travelled, friendly and helpful and lives upstairs. If you need anything extra, don’t hesitate to ask! The space A bedroom with ensuite and a lovely sitting room to relax. There is a basic kitchen and an outdoor courtyard nestled in amongst the garden. It is a quiet nest with native trees, a favourite for the Tui bird. Other things to note This apartment has a small kitchenette but not a full kitchen. There is a hot plate, air-fry bench oven, microwave, large electric frypan but not a full sized oven. This property sits above the hill near to the port. Occasionally there can be Port noise. We have never had any complaints but want to acknowledge that it can exist. There is no washing machine or dryer inside the apartment but there is a shared washing machine available outside and a drying rack. This accommodation does not suit smokers or those wishing to party.
