The space An open kitchen and living area allow you to enjoy the company you came with all while relaxing on our American Leather couches & recliner. The grounds are filled with lush tropical trees and shrubbery and feature BBQ stations with picnic seating. The 2 pools are heated in cooler months making this the perfect spot to visit year round. Use the Island Metro shuttle to explore the island, Port Isabel, & even take a trip to Brownsville. The Ride Systems app will show you pickup times and routes to help plan your day. Enjoy a dolphin watching cruise, go snorkeling and scuba diving, or try some of the other watersports South Padre has to offer! Beach horseback riding and four-wheeling are minutes down the road to the north! You can also visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Fishing and golf are some of the best in the south on S Padre Island! A short drive across the border and you are in Matamoros, Mexico! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom. The 55” Smart TV in the living room connects to the free wi-fi for all your viewing needs plus cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels. The bedroom has a flat screen 55” Samsung TV. Quality bath towels and linens are provided, plus beach towels for your pool or beach time. The spacious bathroom has a small step-in shower, granite counter tops and hair dryer. There are up to 2 parking spots available of which one is near the unit and the other would be located by the main office on the Western end of the property.
