Each of the five full bathrooms feature a multi-zone shower and beautiful tile work. There are a total of 5 queen beds, 2 full beds and a portable crib making room for 14 adults + children. (You can bring in additional portable cribs.) Minimum age for group rentals is 25 years of age. The space Just across the street from Journeyman Distillery / Staymaker, the Sycamore Guesthouse is a fully-renovated 5+ bedroom Victorian home and offers 5-1/2 private baths for up to 14 guests (+infants.) The home boasts much of the original woodwork, trim and floors that create a wonderful backdrop for the modern furnishings and original contemporary art & decor. The chef's kitchen has plenty of workspace with granite countertops, pro-grade appliances and lounging space with a fireplace. Room 1: Queen Bed, private bath. Room 2: Queen Bed, private bath (+ space for pack-n-play.) Room 3: Queen Bed, private Bath. Room 4: Queen Bed, 2 double beds, private bath (+ space for pack-n-play. Room 5: Queen Bed, private bath (+ space for pack-n-play.) 1/2 Bath and laundry closet are located upstairs hall. Please keep in mind that Three Oaks is not served by Uber or Lyft. There are other transport services available, however they should be reserved in advance. Guest access You get the entire house, porch and yard! All interior rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen, covered front porch, all bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths! Laundry is available for stays 2+ nights.
