Lakewood beautiful 2 bedrooms with huge backyard

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with ring front door camera for safety and security of guests and homeowner. For guest stays over 2 months we split the cleaning fee ( guest pays $100) monthly to maintain the house and keep the house in a good stand all the time. The space Cozy 2 bedroom bungalow with large screen TV, deep and comfy couches and galley kitchen. Guest access Guest can use everywhere in the house except garage (locked for personal storage) also backyard is completely private with either myself or a gardener once a week to come maintain the backyard and do the gardening. Guests can park their car(s) in the driveway with 3 feet clearance to the garage door in case of need of access to garage by homeowner). Other things to note If the utility bills exceed $100 a month the guest is responsible to pay the difference. That includes combined water, gas and electricity bill all together.
