That cliche rings true with this private home which sits directly across the street from Grand Haven State Park. It is located upon a small hill giving incredible panoramic views of Lake Michigan, the park, the pier, lighthouse, channel, and more! Located just down the boardwalk from Downtown, it's also an easy walk into town to visit the many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Relax on the deck or the private terraced patio, and enjoy the views, or relax in the home itself with those same views visible from the kitchen and the living room. INSIDE THE HOUSE The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable and spacious living room with huge windows facing towards the lake and state park beach. There is an attached one stall garage which is perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, toys, and can fit one vehicle. SLEEPING The cottage sleeps 4 people, 2 in each of the bedrooms. EATING The dining room table in the kitchen is the ideal spot for a meal with a view! THE LOCATION The home sits directly across from Grand Haven State Park with unobstructed views and quick and easy access to all that Grand Haven has to offer. Please note that the driveway is steep and may pose challenges for certain vehicles in ice or rain. PARKING There is space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is space for one vehicle in the garage. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund. MANAGEMENT This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service. All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation.
