The space THE RURAL HOUSE FOR LARGE GROUPS Our house is ecological, we have maintained the original materials in the facade and interior, the knowledge and charm of the typical buildings of this area; river edge, tuff stone, masonry and wood in entrance gates, windows and beams seen from the interior. The home's heat is provided by a biomass boiler that respects the environment. We manage the irrigation of our gardens with the channeling of small underground springs that run through our subsoil. Villa Liquidámbar I and II is a house of more than 400m2 ideal for groups of family or large friends, from 16 to 22 people. Independent, with a private garden, no space is shared with other guests. Spacious spaces, large rooms, cozy and family atmosphere. Located in a quiet village but with all the services for your stay: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, fruit shops... we even have a pharmacy and a doctor. DISTRIBUTION The 400m2 house is divided into four floors; 3 of 100m2 each, and a top floor where there is a charming attic room of 40m2. Decorated with furniture restored by ourselves, mostly originating in this area, although touches of Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, South Africa, India are also discovered... We have also incorporated the original decoration in other rooms and rooms, decorated with pieces by young artisans -. Ground floor; a spacious 100 m2 room with stone walls where tradition, natural warmth and comfort merge. A large living-dining-kitchen in one space to enjoy warm moments with family and friends around the fireplace. This floor also has a full bathroom with shower and an entrance portal. -. First floor; five double, triple or quadruple rooms where tradition, color and light invade each of them. Two bathrooms, one complete with a bathtub and the other with a shower. -. Second floor; three junior-suite rooms with bathroom, which can be double, triple or quadruple. Each room has a plasma TV and sofa bed.
