Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg. The space The exclusive apartment is 110 m² and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. In one of the bedrooms, the infrared cabin invites you to relax. In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed for another 2 people. The kitchen is very large, equipped with everything you need and modernly furnished. There is a separate dining room for cozy get-togethers. The apartment has been completely renovated with triple glazing and this makes the apartment very warm and cozy. All windows are equipped with exterior blinds and fly screens. Other things to note ATTENTION - the hot tub will no longer be available from January 2026! The large garden is being redesigned! Our guests can continue to relax and unwind in our infrared cabin! The tourist tax or overnight tax is to be paid on site at check-in. It is €2.60 per person per night.
