Nestled on the busy neighborhood of Vysial Street, this Little Cozy 1BHK Condo is on the Rooftop of 3 story building. It has private entry and a small balcony. As hosts, we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise during your stay. If you encounter any problems, please let us know, and we will take care of them promptly. ---------------------- 🚗 PARKING: Street parking only; slightly tricky for cars. 🚶‍♀️ ACCESSIBILITY: Third-floor apartment, accessible only by stairs. 💼 LUGGAGE DROP OFF : Unfortunately, as this is a private apartment and not a hotel, we do not have the space to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment is only accessible during your booked stay. 💡 POWER CUTS : No backup at home. Power cuts are rare. However, they may happen: During government-scheduled cuts for Pondicherry (announced in advance). Due to storms or heavy rainfall. 🧹CLEANING SERVICE: We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. For long-term guests (one week or more), we can arrange cleaning on a mutually agreed day. ( Half of the built Area is Banjara Nest and other half behind is Open Rooftop where i give my Salsa Classes and host other activities) You will have private entry and also a small private balcony to enjoy open air. You are welcome to use the activity area for morning Yoga and workout. Other things to note No parties or loud noises are allowed. Respecting house rules to maintain cleanliness, low noise, and consideration towards neighbors is our top priority. We would like to host guests who appreciate maintaining a neat space. 🚬 SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. ⚡️DAMAGES: Any damages must be reported and compensated for. 🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY: Strict. 📆 ALTERATION REQUESTS: Accepted only up to one week before check-in. -------------------------- EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: DECEMBER AND JANUARY: Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Please book the previous or following night. OTHER MONTHS: Early check-in (post 6 AM) and late check-out (until 6 PM) are available for an additional charge of 50% of one night’s fare (excluding Airbnb tax) for either option.
