Historic Perry Manor has a luxurious feel and was designed with versatility in mind. Built in 1875, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Manor sits on 5+ acres of quite woods. Centrally located to wineries, historic Helen, and a variety of day trips. Great for families/friends gatherings, girls getaways, wine weekends, work/wellness retreats, cycle groups, and reunions. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city while just 80 miles from Atlanta and Greenville. Ample car parking and room for up to 3 campers. The space The master suite is downstairs and has a king sized bed. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor and have queen sized beds. We have also added two twin folding beds. There is one full bathroom upstairs, one downstairs, and one en suite to the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a formal dining room, bar area, living room, reading nook, and great room to meet your needs. All rooms are equipped with at least four pillows, at least two sets of linens, additional comforters, two towels, and plush robes for your convenience. Queen flannel sheets also available. Enjoy the tv with roku, watch a nostalgic DVD or VHS, pick a record to set the mood, or pull out some board games. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access You have full access to all areas of the house and there are walking paths through the property from the backyard.
