DC tourist spots are 35 to 45mins away and can be accessed by metro, ride share or bus. The property is in the heart of Germantown, 2 to 5 mins away from restaurants in Germantown and 15mins away from Rio, a major attraction in the area, with lakeside, playground, shops, restaurants and cinemas. 15 mins away from Rockville, and 10mins away from Gaithersburg....all full with restaurants and attractions. We are 5mins away from Soccer Plex and Kingview Swim center....two major attractions in Germantown. 5mins away from Seneca Creek Park, 5 mins away from Top Gulf, and 5 mins away from 270 highway. Guest access The entire townhouse is available for guest use. There is a playground less than 0.1mile from the house. We have an outdoor area for your relaxation. Other things to note This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guests are reminded to keep the noise low especially between the hours of 7pm to 7am. Parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. I want to keep my place clean and free for all guests. We have only two Parking spaces available. visitor parking is not guaranteed.
