My place is close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have 2 TV's with the latest 4K Firesticks with Alexa and TV controls. We no longer have cable TV. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. The guests have access to the whole house except the attic which is reached through a door in the Master Bedroom. We will not be present at check-in but are located blocks away from the guest house. Super walkable, historic downtown with several great, local restaurants, fun shops, and unique drinking establishments. There are smart tvs in the living room and the rec room. No cable TV is available at the Rookery.
