My place is close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have 2 TV's with the latest 4K Firesticks with Alexa and TV controls. We no longer have cable TV. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. The space There are 4 bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom. 2 Queen bedrooms 1 King bedroom 1, 2 twins bedroom The main floor has a living room with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV 55" but no cable. A dining room A kitchen A breakfast nook A 3 season porch Downstairs is a family room with 2 futons. 1 queen sized and 1 full sized. A Smart TV 65". The unfished part has a washer and dryer that the guests can use. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house except the attic which is reached through a door in the Master Bedroom. Other things to note There are smart tvs in the living room and the rec room. No cable TV is available at the Rookery.
