Stefanos & Zenia's apartment (Nydri)

Our space is a new apartment in a newly built semi-detached house. It has been built with the highest safety standards to provide you with a safe and luxurious stay. It is located in Nydri near the Lefkada-Vasiliki ring road, making your access very easy and relaxing. The distance from the center of Nydri is 300 meters and the sea is just 800 meters so you can walk comfortably without problems. The space The house is new, very well-maintained with doors, windows and shutters all with security and complete soundproofing. It has: • Two air-conditioned rooms with a double bed in each. • Possibility of adding another single bed or playpen in one of the two rooms, after consultation. • Living room with two sofas, table and TV. • Kitchen fully equipped with household items, small appliances, refrigerator, kitchen, dishwasher as well as dining room with chairs in an open space with the living room. • A large bathroom fully equipped, which also has a washing machine. • Two balconies. • Leaving the apartment and going down four steps (protected by railings), you are in the outdoor private area of the house. • The apartment has two private parking spaces (one in front of the house and one 50 meters away).
