Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The house has three bedrooms, the master room with a queen bed. Second room also has a queen bed. And the third one bedroom has a queen bed. Next to it has a full bathroom and lastly, The house has a full kitchen with utensil to cook and a dining area plus a comfortable living room. The house also provides a nice dining area outdoor and huge parking lot fully fenced. One of the rooms gets heating and cooling with the unit in the kitchen. So the only inconvenience is to leave the door open to allow the room to get heated. Guest access The entire house can be accessed by guests except a store unit inside the house . Other things to note The house runs well water and has a newly ductless split unit for guests to stay warm and cozy. Extra blankest are provided on request. The house provides washer and drier to use on the guess responsibility. Soap is not provided. Owner is not responsible for any stains or damage on clothesHow to use the mini split unit air-conditioning: to change the setting of the temperature: first grab the remote and point at the unit with the remote at closed proximity, then drag down the tap and look for the mode bottom. then press to find the little snow flake icon to set the A.C. if you want to set the heater, press mode icon and look for the little sun icon. for the intensity, how cold to hot you want the temperature; you need to press the little fan icon. There are 2 units in the house. One the is located in the dinning area which controls the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The other unit is located in the ceiling of the hall way of the house, this unit controls the temperature of 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms. I don’t provide charcoal for the grill. And last detail, if the group is 5-6 people try not to shower all one behind the other since we have notice that hot water may run out for a while. If this happens please allow the boiler some time to start heating.
