Come and spend good times with family or friends in our fully equipped villa, spacious inside, as well as outside. Small peaceful wooded haven, close to downtown Bruguières and minutes from the ring road that serves Toulouse and Montauban. Everything is there to spend a wonderful stay with us, just like at home. You will appreciate the large swimming pool in the summer as well as the outdoor space and the comfort of the 160 m2 villa, perfect for a shared stay. The space Comfort, 1700 m2 wooded plot, quiet environment The 160 m2 villa is on 2 levels. 1st level: - 1 bedroom, 160 bed - 1 bedroom, 140 bed - 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds - Entrance hall - Dining room - Living room with fireplace and TV - Equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom with bath tub and shower - 1 separate toilet. 2nd level: - 1 bedroom, 140 bed - 1 bedroom, 140 bed and 1 90 bed - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - a separate toilet. The exterior includes: - A large covered terrace with plancha and barbecue - A dining area - Garden furniture -A large pool, not heated or fenced, but protected by an immersion alarm system from June to mid-September. - Ping pong table and swing are at your disposal. We don't allow noisy parties because we're not a nightclub. We want to respect our neighborhood, Cendrine, which is why noise is prohibited from 10pm to 7am. Our villa is rather suitable for gatherings between Friends and Family reunions. Also perfect for passing workers. Children are welcome but the house is not equipped with safety features for them. Unfortunately, our villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The house is entirely yours for your stay. Only 1 room is locked as well as the garage. Other things to note The house has different levels. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children who cannot manage the stairs. Only the living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The pool is open from June to mid-September only. Bookings for the months of July and August are by the week only. The villa is non-smoking but of course the outside is big enough for you to enjoy yourself. Please respect the beautiful space at your disposal, and do not throw your butts on the ground.
