Please ensure you leave the accommodation in good time so that it can be prepared for the next guests. ★ SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE ACCOMMODATION ★ Please do not smoke in the flat. We aim to provide all guests with clean, fresh and pleasant accommodation. Unfortunately, we have had to deal with instances in the past where guests have smoked in the accommodation despite this notice. This is very unpleasant for subsequent guests and results in considerable effort being required to remove odours, carry out special cleaning and, where necessary, clean the furniture. For this reason, any evidence of smoking in the accommodation will result in a contractual penalty of €1,000. We therefore kindly ask you to respect this rule and to smoke only outside the flat.
