Compact cosy convenient place to stay in Leek, walking distance of Leek's beautiful cobbled town centre and market square. Ideally located with supermarket, butchers, laundrette etc on the same road. Great access to explore the stunning Peak District, Roaches and more with your furry friends or by bike. Great proximity for visiting Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and many attractions. Good selection of local eateries with good atmosphere, cuisines and delivery services. The space This compact house has a modern and cosy feel, located in the town of Leek, only a small distance from the Peak District. The central location is ideal for both leisure, sight seeing and commuting too. The living kitchen area is open plan with tv, sofa bed, tub chair and the compact kitchen area has electric oven, hob, washing machine, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables/drawers, lamps, clothes hangers, tv, hairdryer etc. Off the bedroom is a bathroom which has a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. Equipment available such as iron & board etc, all requests and extras can be enquired about by messaging beforehand. *Note that the staircase is steep* Special requests and offers available for longer bookings. 1 and 2 night stays considered but price will be reflective due to cleaning costs etc. Guest access Access to whole house by rear or front. Only a short walk to the centre of Leek and not far from local attractions such as Tittesworth Reservoir, Rudyard Lake, Peak Wildlife Park, Alton Towers, Dovedale and The Peaks, The Moorlands, Roaches, Chatsworth House, and many more great place to explore. Parking on road side at rear and some extra restricted parking too out front. Other things to note Any extra information can be found whilst at the house, or requests made before booking. Anything else needed then don't hesitate to message in the first instance or call. Flexible check-in time when requested depending on availbility and bookings but normally after 4pm but access with keysafe. All emergency requests can be made by phone. Shorter breaks considered just message, or offers and extra days added to booking. Later checkout time allowed if available :) House is a small terrace house with another let next door, close to the centre of town so roads can get a little busy at rush hour sometimes. As mentioned stairs are steep and open off the bedroom, with no handrail due to being narrow and access would be limited for luggage.
