The space This is a shared space. The room is private and includes a TV and mini fridge for your convenience. You have access to the entire first floor and all appliances in the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor. All spaces are shared except your room. Upstairs is off limits. During your stay My husband and I are here for any assistance and to make your stay more comfortable, however we are only in the home a couple days a month. Other things to note In your room, you can enjoy a smart tv with mirroring capabilities. If you left your charger at home, no worries. Your room contains a charging station with a charger of your need. Please note: -in inclement weather, take your shoes off at the front door -there is no smoking in the home, please smoke out back. There is a $100 fine for smoking, and additional fees if stain or odor eliminator is needed -you are welcome to have company, however you are not able to have more than one person visit you.
